Abstract

为推动就业与培养有机联动、人才供需有效对接,教育部在2021年首次实施供需对接就业育人项目。针对如何使学生就业与培养及早形成有机联动、做好人才供需做好有效对接,帮助大学生尽早树立正确的人生观、择业观、就业观,帮助使用人单位培养和招聘到更多实用型、复合型和紧缺型人才,促进高校毕业生更高质量就业,开来科技(深圳)有限公司根据自身实际情况,进行了2021年度供需对接就业育人项目的具体实践。本文从项目的认知理解、评审环节把握、立项数据分析等方面进行交流与探讨。In order to promote the organic linkage between employment and training, and the effective connection between supply and demand of talents, the Ministry of Education implemented supply and demand matching employment education project in 2021 for the first time.
